I made an order for the smile pro free trial offer and decided to cancel my order about 5 minutes later only to find out that the $1.03 amount was also charged shipping and handling whick brought the charge up to $3.87, which still wasnt a problem but when I canceled the order I find out that my card will be charged $9.41. I want to tell everyone that I think you should be entitled to change your mind and not have to be charged for doing so.
