 I have been a member of Webshots.com since, practically, forever.  I used the service to store ALL of my photos, so that I would never ever lose them.  I even upgraded my service, starting in 2004, to Gold membership, to ensure that I had a large storage capacity to store my thousands of pictures.  I was charged for this service on each and every renewal, and paid for such renewal automatically.

 Smile by Webshots. Accordingly, they CLAIM to have sent an e-mail to all members - which was absolutely never received by me - stating that they were doing to delete all of the pictures held on their servers.  This accounted for YEARS of photographs, almost all of which can not be recovered.  I went on the website to find a message reading, stating that they would be transitioning and that I would need to request a zip file of all of my photos.  I requested this zip file, never received.  Sent another request, never received it.  Sent a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, who then forwarded the complaint to Belynda Santos, of Smile by Webshots.  After numerous unanswered attempts, the company responded with "Consumer Has Been Refunded."  THIS IS ABSOLUTE FRAUD AND COMPLETE LIE!!

This company has now DELETED ALL OF MY PICTURES, STOLE MY MONEY, and COMMITTED FRAUD!
