I cancelled my account with Smilescoffee.com, by phone as requested, on or about April 5, 2004. I received a confirmation email on April 6, 2004 stating that my account was cancelled and gave me a confirmation number that looked like this: "TH40-604.."

I received my bank statement by mail on May 12, 2004. The first item listed was for Smiles Coffee in the amount of $4.94 dated April 7 and posted on April 8, 2004.

They confirmed my cancelled account on April 6th, and billed me again the very next day. And for what?? I've never received anything but the introductory package, which I paid for on February 21, 2004, in the amount of $4.95, and posted to my account on February 23rd.

I am in the process of contacting smilescoffee.com through their toll-free number, but have not been able to outlast the time spent waiting on hold.
