Smiles Coffee RIPP OFF RUN AROUND screwed others too Salt Lake City Utah
I am writing in regards to the free coffee and grinder promotion. Along with many others that have written in I am extremly pissed, annoyed , and tired of all of it.
I have two children so I dont remember exact dates like I wish I could, Nevertheless I did recieve my promotional package back in January I beleive. The next month I recieved more coffee. I dont even drink coffee, I just wanted the grinder, no matter why.
Then after checking my bank statement I was pissed to find $35.00 charged to my account by Smiles Coffee.
They offer a customer service number that is BOGUS!!! it has some stupid recording. That says its out of service or something.
Sure enough the next month I get billed again, and I didnt even recive any coffee this time. I was trying everything I could to locate them. I didnt even know what state they were in. But luckily my bank statement included a different number for Smiles coffee. I looked it up one more time on the internet under a search rather than just smilescoffee.com. This site popped up and opened the door for my actions on getting this whole thing resolved. It didnt give me any hope because not one person has had a successful refund and the cancellations are bs.
I called the number and got through to a women named Sarah Beker she asked for my name 6 times, and then told me she couldnt access my account, I at that point demanded to speak with a supervisor who spoke ENGLISH. After a few moments she came on (Chase Robson) She was not able to access my account but assured me that my cancellation was in progress that I would not be billed for April and as soon as they recieved all the coffee back they would give me a full refund. Like Thats Happening. I just hope that somebody sees this stuff before they actually sign up, but Like thats happening either.

Both post expected something for nothing, they both admit they only wanted the freebie. The company didn't have the right to do what they did. Look at what your greed has created. Do you think companies only exist to give you free stuff. Wise up, You got what you deserved, if you hadn't done that you would still have your money.

This situation BLOWS me away. To continue to conduct business this way says something about the world the economy and society in general. I am a young mother of two, broke; and I have just now realized that the world revolves around money and lies. How can we trust or believe anything. This stupid company gave me a free coffee grinder and it costs me $39.95 a month STILL. I don't have 39.95 a month, that would be for my sons inhalers or a pair of the cool shoes for my daughter don't Smile when I see my statement. If I wanted to pay Smiles coffee I would purchase coffee. I don't even receive coffee from Smiles Coffee. It will not come off of your statement no matter what they say. IT WONT!!!!!!
If there is anyone out there that has the means to take this company out of business in hopes to at least get your money back and you think you might enjoy it, or perhaps need assistance in doing so, I would be obliged.
