Complaint Review: Smiles Coffee

I fell for the Spam and thought I'd try it because I wanted a cheap digital camera for my kids and like to try new coffee.

WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!! They offered a coffee grinder , 6 "short pots (4 cups ea.) of coffee and a digital camera FREE with shipping being $19.95. Well they charged me the $19.95 and send the grinder and the tiny packs of coffee I'm supposed to "roast" in the MICROWAVE and NO CAMERA.

NO CAMERA!!! Even though I ALREADY PAID FOR IT!!!

There was a card telling me if I wanted to get the camera I had 2 choices:

1. Pay an ADDITIONAL $9.95 for shipping or it could be shipped "FREE" with my next order of $35.00!!! WHAT A RIP!!

That WAS NOT THE DEAL THEY MADE!!.

They give you an email address to complain to that BOUNCES and goes NOWHERE!! (freecamera@smilescoffe.com) They also instruct you NOT TO CALL.

I called anyway and got stonewalled by some Indonesian woman that only knew how to say "company policy" and just kept running me around with my 2 choices. Speaking to a supervisor was no better.

Smilescoffee (smiles coffee) are a bunch of lowlife hucksters and liars. They are spamming and scamming and probably sending customers some third rate reject coffee as samples because it REALLY SUCK OUT LOUD.

I am in the process of making them WISH LIKE HELL they had never heard of me.

The $9.95 I could care less about but I won't be lied to and stolen from. AVOID SMILESCOFFEE LIKE THE BLACK PLAGUE OF LYING THIEVES THEY ARE!! Smiles coffee rip off scam :evil:

I'm having the bounced bogus email auto forwarded back to a good email address (service@smilescoffee.com) and rolling the bounced email back again. By morning these thieves should have 20,000 emails all from me!! I HATE businesses like this!!

You can get their number from their site. Call them. They HATE that!!

Tomorrow I'll have to get with VISA and fill out a chargeback form for fraudulent inducement of a sale. VISA will give me my money back and charge them a $25.00 CHARGEBACK FEE. Everybody should do this. The world doesn't need any more liars and thieves. :twisted:
