I got sick of my debit card getting hacked so I made a habit of locking it at night. One night the app I use wouldn't work so I called customer service. The little girl on the phone reprimanded me and told me that the lock card feature was for lost cards ONLY and that I was taking advantage of the app card lock feature. Which is bulls***. It's an app not a human being. What's there to take advantage of?? After her and I argued over that, she assured me she locked my card and I could call back in the morning to unlock it. I needed that $$ for groceries. I thanked her and hung up. I checked my card after hanging up and that little c * * * reported my card stolen AND charged me $5 to replace it. I got her supervisor on the phone and he was able to reverse everything she f***ed up. I guess she was sick of talking to me and lied to get me off the phone. These halfa** CS reps are high school dropouts who don't give a s***. Have your child support money DD into a BANK ACCOUNT.
