Smith,Dean & a*s. - United Processing - William Dean -Angela Davis THREATENED WITH ARREST AND CRIMINAL CHARGES IF PDL WAS NOT PAID BY 5:00PM Jacksonville Florida
I am a single mom of one,who works and goes to school. I was in class one day when I recieved a phone call from my mom telling me that I have pdl that had to be paid in full by 12:00pm, or criminal charges would be brought against me. I later on recieved another phone call from my ex-co-worker who also told me the same thing.
A week later I recieved a phone call from a man who introduced him self as Jason Smith who told me that because I hadn't made the payment, I waould have to turn myself into the nearest police station. He then wished me good luck and hng the phone up.
Two weeks later my sister spoke with me about a phone call she recieved from a William Dean, who had informed her that I had been writing bad checks and not paying them, my sister then informed him that it was in appropriate to be calling people spreading their personal business,he then proceeded to hang up on her.
When they finally contacted for the last time on 12-19-08, I informed them that if they had any further smart remarks,or nasty comments, they could contact my lawyer. I began to give them his name and number, when Ms. Angela Davis became very nasty and unprofessional, and then hung up the phone.
Please, if any of these people are harrassing you, do not let them get away with it. I am not a lawyer, but that there is some kind of law being broken when people represent themselves as professionals and then contact your friends and family and tell them your private business matters.
Please,file a report.

If they call again let them know that YOU know it is a scam
Just let it slide - ABC news did a piece on these idiots - they hacked into some payday websites and stole information -
1. You cannot be arrested for a debt
Call their bluff
