I was sent an email stating I had taken out a loan from Advanced America for $300 that was now $860. All documents had been sent to the courthouse and if I did not show up the judge would review the case without me.

I asked for copies of the documents and was refused. I asked for them to send me the last 4 digits of my SS number. I was told this was a security risk. I asked where the courthouse was, was given no answer. I was told the date of the loan was 12/13/13. I asked why after 3 yrs was I never notified of this account. She said she had tried calling me and had emailed me before now.

I was senty an email stating they would settle the account for $400. That was wah when I started investigating Smith Loan Assistance finding they had tried this before. I emailed her stating I could prove the money was never deposited into my account.

Was told they had 14 documents saying the money was deposited to my bank account. I can get the documents from my bank that this was not true.
