Complaint Review: Smithridge veterinary Clinic

A nightmare.  Prescribed the wrong drugs to start but get this.  I live less then 1 mile from the place and my dog had just went trhough surgery just a short time before the incident I am about to describe.  Ok--After perfoming cryosurgery on a tumor covering my dogs eye my dogs tumor began to bleed and as in puring blood out, not dripping. I called them and asked them if I could bring him in as I was unable to stop the bleeding. They first told me to go to a hospital/emergency room --I then explained that he would never make it there at the rate at which the blood was pouring out...Well--there response was, that there was nothing tnat they could do and that I had to make an appointment..After insisting over and over for some help, they told me that I could bring him in, but that it may be a few hours before he could be treated or even seen and in the meantime there would be nothing that they could do. All he needed was tech that could have helped stop the bleeding--but guess what there response was to that--No tech can help you until the vet sees him...These people readily will take your money and thousands of it at that, but they are the scum of the earth and in my opinin a buch of con artists that feed off the love that people have for thier pets..
