We placed a $500. deposit on a Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder. The following day, we had decided to lease a Mazda 6s instead. But the sales person, Veronica, was so unhelpful and had such a poor attitude, we decided to go elsewhere.

Mazda was very unhappy when we asked for our deposit to be credited to our MasterCard Account, but said they would process it on Friday, 4 days later. Other purchases, returned for credit after that time, were credited on this month's statement. The Mazda credit was missing. I believe they are purposely stalling in retribution for our cancellation and for telling Veronica she was being of no help and not providing information necessary to figure out an estimated lease price.
We had the same poor luck with Saturn, a week later, but they promptly credited our charge account.
Smithtown Mazda is rated F by me for customer service. Please see if you can expedite our refund.
