Complaint Review: Smithtown Nissan

I am writing this to warn people about whta happened to me at smithtown nissan..I was looking to purchase a versa and was in the process of negotiating a price with the salesperson( whose name I will leave out at this time)..Me and my wife were ready to walk out of the the salesmens office and go to dinner when the salesmen offered me a 30,000 mile maintenance contract to close the deal..We thought about it and then accepted the offer an shook hands on it..The salesperson later told me i would have to bring in the customer survey to him and then he would give me the contract..

Sounded good to me..But I never got anything in writing..And I have been trying to get my maintenance contract since september..I have contacted nissan usa and emailed the salesperson 100 times and have been basically ignored..Nissan usa is not responsible for its dealerships basically... i realize I have basically been screwd over but there uis nothing i can do but tell the truth..Beware of this ploy and get everything written down..

Also i read consumer reports about smithtown nissan and there are many negatives..also check better business complaints..
I will update if i get any where
