I emailed this person about a job posting on craigslist and received this reply:




Good afternoon,



Thank you for replying to our ad for the receptionist position. I've reviewed your application and wanted to let you know that the original position was offered to someone else. The good news, however, is that I may have another position opening up that would need to be filled in about a week that you may be qualified for. It's not definite, but I should know more in the next day or two.



To tell you a little bit about us: we're a local dental practice devoted to offering our patients the highest standard of preventative, restorative, and aesthetic care. We are always at the forefront of the latest research in dentistry and use the most up-to-date methods and technology.



The position is administrative in nature and also involves a fair degree of patient interaction. The compensation is $19 per hour with benefits included after 8 weeks. If you're interested, please get back to me as soon as possible so I know whether or not to keep you updated. Thanks!

My fiance suggested that it may be an office just opening up so I asked for more information since I couldn't find their offices on google maps either. This is a copy of my email:

And this is their reply:

I'm going to be putting together a schedule with some available times to come in and meet with us, which I'll email you when I finish.  have been lookin at craigslist for jobs, adn found this one to be a receptionist... 
add said full time, 15-16 bucks an hour. 
i emailed the person, got a response saying that position was filled but another was opened, for the Dex family dental... making 19 bucks an hour full benefits... 

its a f*king scam.. they even scheduled an interview with me for next week, but i could never get the person to tell me where exactly they were located and WHAT exactly the job was. 
so he had a link in the email for http://www.baby-gaga.com/outbound.php?post_id=21191561&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.dexdental.com%2F, that seemed odd and had no real information about this dentist office so i googled the guys name DAVID POHL and found out it is a scam and they are trying to get peoples personal info to steal identity! 

it seemed legit but DAVID POHL is a fake a\*s... : ( 
i was really looking forward to this job.




Obviously at this time they were going by the name David Pohl. I don't know how many similiar stories there are out there but this is the most recent information I can give you. BE CAREFUL! They could be going by different names or company names. Never give out your credit card information without reading the fine print!!!
