This company advertises a free trial offer of 9.95 shipping and handling. Sounds good.

What they don't tell you is they are also signing you up for their VIP Club so they can start sending you monthly refills for their smoke free product.

I called and cancelled this twice after receiving e-mails from the company. So I didn't actually get charged for this because I caught it in time.

However I just got a charge for 89.95 and after calling them they informed me that if the free kit wasn't sent back to them within 30 days you were charged the 89.95 for the FREE KIT!!!

Supposedly somewhere on their website it says that but I sure didn't see it anywhere when I ordered the product.

What an underhanded ploy they use to suck you into their web.

I am not saying that their product is bad. I ordered this for my Brother not for me, but even if I had ordered this for myself I would still want the choice of weather or not I wanted to continue to use the product. Not have it force fed to me.

Everyone should read this article too. It talks about getting them arrested for criminal activity and seizing all their assets for restitution and obviously not letting them go on with their sales. Trust me I am their biggest nightmare right now. They are horrible vindictive people and I am not going to quit till I see them in jail and shut down. If everyone pulls together and files complaints with law enforcement agencies it only takes about 5 minutes and it is really worth so much!!! Dont you want to see them stop cheating people like us out of our money!!!  http://www.arizonacriminaldefenseblog.com/2009/7-frequently-asked-questions-about-criminal-seizure-and-asset-forfeiture/

I read the entire website and all the small print, even the REALLY small print on their order pages, and did read all of what the complainer claimed he did not see.  It was there in plain print.  Perhaps your vision was clouded by greed?  I have no problem agreeing to the automatic shipping plan if I am going to keep the product, and if I did not want more cartridges for the darn thing, then I certainly would NOT be keeping it past the 30 days, now would I?

If one reads it, it says it is a "free trial"  That means there is no charge for the trial period.  The trial period is 30 days.

My suggestion would be to not blame the company, nor call them "underhanded" and whatever else.  It was YOUR mistake--learn to read.
