After ordering the Smoke Assassin from a local radio station advertisement that describes their product as free I was in for something else all together.  After their spiel, they then went on to tell me that there would be a $9.99 shipping charge, okay.  After they got all of my debit card information they then went on to tell me that I will also be charged $69.00 for a free one month supply.  When I objected to this they stated that if I not completely satisfied just ship it back for a full refund.  When I stated that I did not want that they went on to explain that it was already entered and shipped and again just ship it back for a full refund.  Then to top it off they add two additional charges for some coupon thing and again I said that I did not want that and they told me to cancel it when I get it and get the reimbursement.  Well, four weeks later I have received nothing at all.  I called this company eight times and spoke with as many different people.  I heard every excuse from it was shipped yesterday, shipped today, shipping tomorrow, it's being shipped from China, and the Post Office informed them of a back up, huh?  Every time I asked for my money back but was hung up on twice and transferred to a customer service line which in turn hung up on me.  I have finally today gotten ahold of a rep who told me that he would send a message to customer service that I wanted to leave a testimonial and that way I would be called back right away and sure enough I was.  The girl was very helpful (I hope) and said that she did credit back my money and that I should see it in my account in five days.  So my advice is when you call the 800 number tell them you want to leave a glowing testimonial and you wish to speak with customer service, insist on that.

I just wanted to let everyone know that it DID NOT work.  The lady was so nice to me on the phone and assured me very kindly and sympathetically that my money would be returned.  And it has not.  I continue to call but, am getting no response again.  Can anyone help me????
