On may 18th i purchased a DeLonghi Esclusivo ESAM3300 Espresso Machine & Coffee on ebay from those crooks. Paid $549.66 . Title clearly said "YOU ARE BIDDING ON A BRAND NEW NEVER USED NEVER OPENED NOT REFURBISHED" . When i received the unit it was poorly packed, no plastic, and it did not worked at all. I tried to contact them , but they simply ignored me. Eventually i sent it back by USPS ( spent extra $42.00). After about 3 days !!! they finally sent me an email , promising full refund INCLUDING shipping charge as long as i leave a positive feedback on their account on ebay. Unfortunately i did leave a positive feedback, hoping they would do their part too. Week later USPS tried to deliver the box , but there was nobody to accept it. USPS left two notices on their door. Still no refund from them. I am working with paypal to get my money back. Stay away from them.
