Smokeprice ripoff took my money but did not deliver merchandise Internet
Ordered a carton of cigarettes in Dec. (Christmas present). Was immediately billed but never received merchandise.
Continuous emailing has gotten me no where. They have promised and promised to credit my charge card but it has never happened.
