I set out to find a good e-cigarrette and thought after a little research,  the name did'nt show on this or any other negative feed back websites, that I had found someone good.  I first placed a small order for just the e-liquid.  When I got it I was pleased.  The shipping time and price was good so I went for it and ordered the e-cig the company offered and it was downhill from there.  The shipping and initial experience was good but after a week or so the e-cig failed.  The first battery failed to charge and the bigger battery over heated.  I thought no big deal there is a warranty, this is something i'm sure they know about and the replacement will be fine.  Wrong.  The initial conversation seemed fine but after returning the product and days going by I was a little worried so I sent an e-mail to them.  Below are the e-mails sent between me and the company. Les Shine to customerservice  show details May 28    

Hello, Recently I returned one of my batteries and my two piece charger for replacement under warranty.  I was told by the post office that it would be there by Thursday of this week.  It is now Saturday and I have not received any conformation of it reaching you.  I'm not trying to rush you I'm just a bit anxious to get my replacement so I can get away from these disgusting and expensive cigarettes again. Thanks,Les Shine

After inspection we have come to the conclusion that the product has been tampered with, we found that the use of crazy glue on the product caused the manual button to melt and it even melted the black paint from over use of the glue. I am sorry to inform you that this action has voided all warranty on the battery and we can not mail you out a replacement, please refer to the warranty limitations section of our website:Warranty Limitations

Atomizers and Cartomizers: Due to limited life expectancy and normal usage on cartomizers we only offer DOA (dead on arrival) warranty on these items. Atomizers have a 15 day warranty from the date the order was shipped.Batteries, Revolution SMART PACK (PCC), Chargers, Charging Packs: All defects that arise as a result of Normal use of the product are covered under our 1 year warranty.Liquids, Cartridges, Drip Tips and other Accessories: Liquids, Cartridges, Drip Tips and other consumable accessories are not covered under our warranty.    Respectfully yours,

Les S  I half expected that your company would try to find something to write me off.  But for your lame story all I can say is WOW!!!  I have been screwed over by companies before but typically they come with some form of creative BS story.  As for yours again the first thing that comes to mind is KRAZY GLUE?!?! WOW!  I've tried to think of any liquid that ever came in contact with your product and the only thing that has is the e-liquid that I purchased from your company so now im wondering if you have had me smoking krazy glue.  Is that what your e-liquid is made from?  One other thing that came to mind is that in this lame excuse, you failed to mention what happened to the charger.  Should I take a crack at it?  Ok based on your story for the battery I must have tampered with the charger and replaced the charging fluid with Elmers Glue.  I do not have the patients for stupid games I just want what is owed to me (my replacement or a full refund) and we can go our separate ways.

If you would like we can also take pictures of the battery you sent us to keep for our records and send that back to you with the charger, and further more we do not issue refunds as stated in our warranty policy, we offer a 1 year warranty replacement from date of purchase on failed batteries and chargers that have not been tampered with.

www.smokerevolutionusa.com Les Shine to customerservice  show details Jun 4 (7 days ago)    Once again I DID NOT TAMPER WITH IT.  The charger obviously does have a problem.  If you remember I mentioned in my first message to you that my smaller batter was not charged after be on the charger.  This happened prior to it overheating.  If my apartment would have caught fire as a result of this I'm sure you would be singing a different tune about now.  It is very sad that your company would choose to take advantage of people in such a way.  I hope you will change your mind on this matter.

I'm not surprised that you failed to replay to my last e-mail.  Sure you can send back your crappy difective procduct to me.  Be forwarned though you have not heard the last of me.  I plan to get what I am owed one way or another.  I feel that I have given plenty of time to redeem your company's name and save yourself from negative impact due to your dishonest practices.  I expect to see my crap in the mail within the next couple of days.  Be sure to search the internet in the comming days and weeks.  I know of a few web sites that are sure to get far more hits than yours when a person looking to quit smoking, as I was, searches for e-cigarrettes.  I'm sure, once again, you are not going to respond to my e-mail but it's fine I'll leave you with a few final statements. 1.  I swear on the lives of my children that I did not put Krazy Glue or any other glue for that matter on your crappy product.2.  I will sleep good tonight knowing that I am a better person than you will ever be.3.  Karma comes to everyone in different forms.  I hope yours involves a severe intestinal blockage. Good day, good bye, up yours, and I will win in the long run. Respectfully, Les S

Why do people take something that could be great and use it to take advantage of people?  I feel that I gave them enough chance to be fair and honest but it's clear this company is just the opposite.  I know I may have been a bit rude a couple times but I am sick and tired of people like this.

Thanks for reading.  I hope this posting helps save someone else from this preditor.
