Paid for items that I have NOT received from this company totaling over $100. Company states my order was sent to Mexico, but company cannot contact Mexico warehouse via phone, only email ( odd to say the least ). I requested a refund and they stated NO. Its now been 2 weeks sinse this supposed "Mexico" warehouse was notified and they "Mexico" have yet to sent an email back regarding this. My items were never shipped. I was told all I can do is sit and wait and wait for an email from Mexico..
First I was unaware my items were being shipped from Mexico, its says New York..Second, this is bad business practice to say the least. I feel I have been Rip-Offed by Smokes-Spirits.com and lied too by this company. I have contacted them numerous times, spoke with a supposed supervisor (only on demand though, shes always at lunch or away,I wish I had read the other reports regarding this company before ordering. BEWARE regarding this company.
