I placed an order online for cigars for $68.02 on November 9th 2008. The items delivered were incorrect so I returned them to Ziggymart and, on their advice, placed a new order (they said this qould be quicker and they would refund me for the original items when they received them).

I placed the second order for cigars for $78.97 on January 8th 2008 but never received any cigars.

After 12 months of my emails being ignored, or false promises that the items were being shipped I was told they no longer stock the items. Ziggymart agreed to refund me for both orders but never did.

I have emailed numerous times, phone the company and spoken to employees who promised I would be refunded shortly but this has ever happened.

I am seeking a refund of $146.99 which I am told must be sent by international money order as I am in Ireland. This was promised on July 1st 2009 but I have received nothing and my emails are no longer being replied to.

ben riped off use the above  an it can be filled our on line when it is filled out it will be sent to all law enforcement world wide an put on their data base there is another call the compliant board there is also anothe that deals with th inter net called ic3 stands for inter net crime commission hope this helps others who ever reads this pass it on. ray ne arkanas
