Smokey Bones Poor customer service... Will not reply to a complaint. Frazer Pennsylvania
I took the time to complete an online complaint with Smokey bones. The process takes time and I expected a reply and never even received as much as an email. This is poor customer service and I will not support a business that refuses to communicate with its patrons.
