Complaint Review: smoking everywhere LLC.

I ordered the free trial from Smokingeverywhere for their electronic cigarette and paid the shipping charge of $9.95. Upon arrival of the electronic cigarette, I was not satisfied and I immediately called and talked with Melody, who assured me that once the cigarette was returned I would no longer be billed. I shipped electronic cigarette back the next day, however on September 24th, I received notification from PayPal that my account had been billed for $49.99 from them. I immediately contacted them again and spoke with Ami, who assured me, and I would no longer be charged and my money would be refunded. On 27th of September,  I received a call from Rita stating that my shipment was ready to be shipped. I informed her that I requested my account be canceled,  do not ship the product, and that I had also recently spoke with Ami., who said that my account would be canceled and a refund issued.  On the second of October, I received another call about a cigarette shipment being ready. I immediately again call them again and spoke with Kirk, who assured me that he would get my information to billing and it will be taking care.  He also requested as I send him a fax with information, which I did.
owned without October, I was charged $99.02 again. so far I have five disputes against them with a paypal. I finally had to cancel my credit card with paypal so they would stop charging my account. they charge all his money and never sent me any product.

These people will not cancel your account and it will continue billing your account until you have to cancel your credit card.

Be careful of so-called free offers and be sure to read the small print.  These people are out to rip you off and will not cancel the account.
