I wanted to use sms peeper. It seemed strange that they were asking for personal information; yet assuring me that they would not make any use of it. In addition, attempting to fill out the survey requires you to change your cell phone settings to received paid content. After you have paid, you receive a code -- but it does not work. Look up sms peeper fraud or sms peeper scam on google.
