was layed off in january. my snap on dealer had my credit card number and took money out of my account for 1 month before i found out. he had no permision to do so. my bank, 5th third, was told, and the dealer filled out a credit voucher and signed my name. i had never gave him permision to do so. he just forged my signature, like it was nothing, knowing that no one could do anything, or would do anything about it. if you have money, you can do what ever you want. what would happen to me if i forged their name??
