snapDollars never paid me. They also ignore all my inquires

In May 21, 2012, I redeemed $53.26 at snapdollars, I followed proper procedures and have the correct mailing address. but I have never got it. from July to sept, I asked Internal support why, Sam emailed me to tell me my check has been sent. In Sept. 19, Sam still doing nothing about it. He told me to wait a few weeks more. I have to sent email to other snapdollars members for this issue. In sept 19, dru@snapvertise.com sent me an email to tell me he will look at this issue right away. But I have never heard from anybody from snapdollars since Sept 19.

No one return my emails, either internal emails inquires I sent from inside of my snapdollars account, or emails sent from my email address. They have company phone number listing on their website. It is 1-(866) 760-7627. I called so many times at business working hours. Not even one of their extensions has a real person answering the phone. They all go to answering machine.

When they need me to work for them, they always reply very quickly. When it is the time they need to pay me, no one reply my emails at all. It has been more than one month now. no one reply my email to tell me that they are still working on this case.

I have been a snapDollars member since Feb. 2, 2007. snapDollars ignores my email and voice message inquires about my first time redemption in May 21, 2012.

I see a lot of complaints about snapDollars. If anyone wants to join me for a class action lawsuit, or wants to discuss with me for the justice, please contact me. We will work together to fight the scam.

update: snapDollars put my email address on their suppression list. That's the way they handle inquires for their wrong doing.
