Snappy Lube Terry Taylor manager Terry takes employees passwords changes tickets, to where it shows he did all the work even when not there that day. He changes employees hours to where they are not getting all the hours they actually worked. He also cancel tickets and pocket the money from the tickets. He also changes tickets to show work that was never done. He does to make it look like he is doing more work then the store is. He also charged customers for more expensive products but give them cheap one or say he changes filters but put the old one back Candler North Carolina
Terry Taylor is the store manager of Snappy Lube. He over charged customers, he gives them cheap parts or he never change them.
He also changes employees tickets, he takes one person name off and puts his name on it even though he nothing to do with the car. He also changes employees hours. He goes in the computer and changes everyone's hours. To where the employees are working for free.
He also changes tickets to show work that was never done that day. He also never at the store when the employees need him. He never places orders when needed. So customers come in for work to be done, they sometimes don't have the parts they need.
I have went the head office but nothing was done about this. Something needs to be done. The employees are losing money and the customer is getting used by Terry.

I just wanted to say that Terry Taylor is no longer with this company and I am the new store manager and I sure everyone If you come in for service I promise you’ll be took an care of and be extremely happy when you leave thank you and God bless
