Snappy Music chargeing my bank account for services I did not order Internet
I did set up service with this company, which was real easy, but after doing everything right I found out that my system was not compatibe with my player so I canceled. This was within 5 minutes. But now there is no way to get ahold of this company as the listed phone number is never answered. This is just crazy. I have no way to get this money back that I can find.

As an employee of this company, you should be ashamed of yourself. You KNOW there is NO online support, you KNOW there is no telephone support, you KNOW there is NO way to cancel your membership, you KNOW your company is STEALING money from hard working people. SHAME ON YOU for working at such an unethical and deceptive company. I hope the Attorney General's office comes after you all. You deserve it.
