Snappymags.com took my money, did not send the magazine Internet

I ordered a magazine on Oct. 5th, 2006. $9.95 was deducted from my checking account on October 10th. I told the receiver to expect her Christmas gift in about 12-14 weeks. (This is the time frame the website advised me to allow.) It is now April 7th, my cousin did not receive the magazine. I looked into this further by tracking my bank records from that time. Found it was thru Snappymags, found my receipt via GOOGLE. I was able to email Snappy Mags. I would also like to email GOOGLE to let them know the services they are providing for this fraudulant company. I warned Snappymags if I did not hear from them I would contact the BBB. Which I will do. But I dont anticipate a response. Howe can companies take consumers money and not send product? How is this possible?
