deceiving customers on puporse by claiming all bookings are 100% guranteed; 1.5 days before check in hotel received no reservation from this company. 

They try hard to lie to customers that such is "normal" - 3rd party bookings are left until "last minute" by the hotel staff, which is absolutely not true if you have any experience with other travel agencies;

refused to work with refund; most customer services exp those by texts appear to be AI-powered answering machines;

CFPB should step in and take a look.
