Complaint Review: Sneak Peeq

I ordered a bracelet from them on June 2nd that said right below the price - "will ship within 14 days." Well that was a lie.  They charged immediately and I didn't get the bracelet until around the 5th of July.  After I e-mailed them twice, they didn't respond until the item actually shipped out.  So I finally received my bracelet!  and it is WRONG! of course. So I've e-mailed them three separate times just hoping to know where my bracelet is..I actually contacted the person who made the bracelet, who then said that someone else had contacted them about getting the wrong bracelet (she ended up having mine and vice versa, but sent it back to SneakPeeq) so I was hoping it would be an easy switch - I sent mine back two weeks ago. Still haven't heard back.  I'll never order from there again, I just want my stupid bracelet!  An e-mail reply would be nice, but they are clearly "busy" messing up other peoples orders - ha!

I only wrote this in the hopes that someone would see it, unlike my e-mails which go unanswered.
