I ordered an pair of Air Jordan VIII from this website on Tuesday July 25 2006. They sais it would take two to three days to process the order. They sent me a email right after confirming my order. I emailed them the very next day to cancel the order because I saw the shoes I wanted cheaper on another website. Never emailed me back at all. I emailed them at least 5 times but not one response. Also on the website when I check the status of my order it says Pending. But I called my bank and asked them has the money been taken out and it was. So why on the website does it still says pending if they already took the money? Also on there privacy policy page their email links say support@sneakerbeast.com, but when you click on it it takes you to showmedakicks.com. That used to be fraud website. Also their prvacy policy is just copied and pasted from totalkicks.com! Its the exact same privact policy. Im bout to call my bank to make them contact the merchant and give me my money back. Im sure they are showmedakicks.com but they just changed the name of there website to sneakerbeast.com.

and taking a pause before you buy anything. Wait at least 24 to 48 hours. You may spot a ripoff, you may find a better deal, you may realize that you THOUGHT you needed one thing but you ACTUALLY need something else. Or you don't need it at all.

What are a few of those sayings?

"Haste makes waste"
"Act in haste, repent in liesure"

And the important details cannot be found and understood when one is in a hurry:

"The devil is in the details"

After contacting their company that they work for asking for a refund. They finally emailed me saying that the Jordans I ordered were already shipped and I cannot get my refund. They gave me a tracking number and all. It took them over a week to email me back for the status of my order. I should get a full refund because I emailed them the very next day after I ordered the sneakers asking them to please cancel the order. Well at least I'm getting my shoes.
