Service is drastically overpriced. Considering the location (military base in combat zone), the price is understandable. The problem however is that with the price ($120.00), the service just needs to work. It dosen't need to work great. It just has to be capable of the most basic functions.
Sadly, it is not. The internet frequently hangs. Web pages don't load. Even Imessage fails to work many times. If the service was slow, I would be happy. Most of the time, service just dosen't work at all. The techs blame things like peak usage, population surges, and so on. Peak times and population surges happen every day or every few days. These excuses are inexcusable.
The service is a waste of money.
