I was on Myspace and came across this band. They didn't have any tangible cd to purchase so I decided signed up for an account with Snocap since that was the vendor I needed to attain these songs. Well I attempted to download their 11 song album for .99 per song off of my debt card and when I tried to make the purchase a message came up that stated there was an error and to 'try again'... so naturally I did. This error message popped up numerous times, but I didn't think that any transactions were made since I had not received any download confirmation messages to my email, as the site clearly had stated would happen. So eventually and even after signing up for a under a different email, it finally worked and the songs downloaded to my computer.

After about 15 minutes of attempting to download, I had checked my card balance and after all the error 'Try again' messages, I was charged with a total of $33.66 when I should have only been charged $10.89 for the 11 songs that I had received. I went straight to the Snocap site to find a number or email of someone that could help resolve this. There was no email or number listed. Eventually, after learning out that the Imeem cooperation owns Snocap and finding a phone number on the Imeem site, I spoke with an administrative rep about this. They had apologized and promised to help solve this issue. They told me to send a detailed email about what happened and gave me an email address to contact. So I did what she said. I even included my cell phone number and attached a screen shot of my card transaction records so they could see how much money they've taken...

That was on March 3rd and it's now 24th. I've never received a response to that email. I've tried calling the number back and the same person that I spoke with told me to resend the email, this time with a specific title... I've never received a response, my money was never refunded and even when I tried to call the number back there was no answer. The only email received from them ever was the one that let me know that I have successfully registered an account with them. Now I understand that it's only $22.77, but I do work hard for my money and it's the overall principal. Don't bother with this company! It's a scam and I wish I had known that before dealing with them!
