I am a musician and used SNOCAP's services to sell my band's music online. Once an artists has accrued at least $20 in sales and has a valid bank account onfile they should receive a payment 45 days from the last month in which they received a payment. To date I have not received one payment from SNOCAP or IMEEM (SNOCAP's parent company).

Our last sale was in December 2008 and at that time our store started experiencing issues. We received several complaints from customers who were trying to purchase our songs. Either they could not make a purchase or worse, the mp3 files were corrupt after the paid for them. I wrote SNOCAP's customer support numerous times inquiring about the store issues and about payment.

I finally received a response which was a generic customer service script at best. They did not offer any assistance what so ever and did not even address the issue of non-payment. We took the online store down since it no longer worked. My account is still active, but I have yet to receive a single payment. After countless emails to both SNOCAP and IMEEM I have not received one response.

SNOCAP/IMEEM not only rips off customers who purchase the music sold through their site; they rip off the artists that create the music.
