I purchased a new s****.>
The first time I took the tarp off of my new trailer to prepare for our trip I noticed that both tires were low. Not just low, but completely empty and flat.
First I called the home depot where I bought the trailer to learn that they no longer sell s****.>
Next I called s****.>
Friday morning at 11 a.m. I completed and submitted the warranty form that Duro Tire had sent to me, along with pictures and all the other hoops they wanted me to jump through. I made it very clear that it was still early enough in the day to get this resolved THAT DAY, Friday, so I could take my trailer camping on Saturday. I didn't hear from Duro Tire (and have subsequently filed a Rip Off Report against them as well).
The camping trip had to be cancelled because I personally disappointed four families greatly by not having a trailer as I had promised.
Friday night I submitted complaints to both Duro Tire and s****.>
Monday morning I got a call from Maria Ognibene at s****.>
So I have a new $500 trailer that s****.>
Maria and s****.>
With licensing, registration, and a new hitch specifically for this trailer I am over $800 into this new trailer, and I can't use it. Now the manufacturer wants me to spend more money to buy 2 more of these defective Duro Tires from them.
