Complaint Review: Snowden Property Management

I had extremely bad experrience with Snowden Properties, headed by Derrick Snowden. He does not respond to me (the landlord) and does nto respond to the teant at all. He does not seem to care for the business or fcor his customers. He and his office would go for momths without responding to inqujiries via email, voice amil and text messages and not even paying the rent.

When I tried to terminate my contract due to lack of responsiveness, not paying rent on time, all of a sudden he was prompt to take $500 from the security deposit

I have also asked him many times to renew the contract with the tenant and reaise the rent, he had never responded for months after month, then when I asked to terminate the contract, he illigally took $400 from the security depoit for lease renewal cost - that he never did according to my knowledge or consent, and never raised the rent.

Basically, he just illegally kept the major portion of the security deposit and never responded properly - HE HIS BAD NEWS, STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY AND HOUSE SAFE - CONSIDER A SERIOUS WARNIGN BOTH FOR LANDLORDS AND TENANTS
