If you were dumb enough to order from this company I'm sooooo sorry.

This company will take your order and your bank card information but then refuse customer service.

First it took almost 2 hours to finally get through only to sit on hold another 20 minutes.

Then they tell you that they cannot change or even cancel an order for 24 to 72 hours. If they have your bankcard info, customer service should be a duh.

This company's web page gives you no options to contact them except through the always busy phone number (also saying that circuits are busy) or by sending them the ever so slow regular mail.

I understand being busy, but not being able to cancel after seeing a total double what it should be, there should be help available.

And 24 to 72 hours? This is a huge time period, especially before Christmas.

Find something else to give for Christmas unless you enjoy being screwed!
