I see I have unfortunately joined the ranks of ripped off customers. It is clear there is no way to reach this company to make changes or cancel this order. I wanted two snuggies and wound up ordering four because of their misleading ordering process. I'm now out ~$90 and am wondering if I will even receive merchandise.

When I called the 888-793-3379 order line to change or cancel my order, I was referred to a different 800# (800-663-8166), which referred me to a different 800# (800-566-2888), none of which have live people answering the phones.

The third number, which is supposed to handle order changes/cancellations rings, picks up the call and places the customer immediately on hold for two seconds -- then disconnects. I redialed several times with the same experience: 800-566-2888

He's the rub: I tried to report this company to an Internet Fraud site, but when I entered their company name, Snuggie, it wasn't found in their database. I tried to find their real company name on the website, and it is not on there. Why is this website still up? Why are they still allowed to run commercial spots?

It's a shame I didn't check them out first. I've just never run into this kind of problem in the past. Guess it had to happen at some point in my online shopping history.
