Complaint Review: Snuggies

I was ordering a college snuggie for my boyfriend for Christmas. Of his favorite football team. I recieved an email stating I placed my order. But never recieved an email stating confimation of billing-shipping. Till almost a month later when they charged my bank. When I called the bank they could do nothing to help me out. So i tried several times to locate a customer service line. Which stated busy at the present time. Please leave a message. Never heard anything back from several phone calles made. I'm very pissed, upset, that a well named product all over the t.v would do something to screw people over.
