Complaint Review: Snuggies

i received an e-mail that looks that states that you can buy one snuggie for 19.95 plus P&H and get one FREE. After going through the buying process, before paying, another offer of buy another set for $14.95 and get another free. So i order 2 sets. my total immediately was $79.99. I was completely devasted and of course, hindsight, no number to call or address. Eventually the package came December 16 but no free booklight as offered. I came on the internet as soon as i found the mailing address and called snuggies.

the representative told me that he don't understand why i would get a second offer of $14.95 because they don't have such offer. He gave me a return merchandize number but informed that i would not get reimbursed for the shipping which was a whopping total of $31!!1

Of course, if i return these snuggies, i would have to pay shipping cost so i am stuck with this. i hope that pretty soon there will be agents out there to stop these types of fraudulent ripped off behavior.
