So.Ca.Weddings Minister Joseph Vanderhoff Minister refused to submit my Marriage Certificate to County Records for filing Orange California

I contacted a Minister from So.Ca. Weddings from the City of Orange, CA. to solemize my marriage to my Fiance that was in the hospital following a stroke. He was paid up front in cash. He was not only half an hour late, he smelled of liquor. Immediately following the brief ceremony, my now husband's eldest daughter Diana walked into the room shouting at everybody, trying to grab at the paper work myself and parents had in thier hands. I was very much afraid of my husband's grown children. So I ran out of the hospital and proceeded to leave.
Telling my parents and Minister Joseph Vanderhoff to hold tight onto my Marriage Certificate. As I was getting into my car. I physically watched in HORROR as this Diana person chased Joseph Vanderhoff down the street. I don't know what she said to him or paid him. But he handed over to her my LEGAL Marriage Document that he was sworn to secure and file with the County Clerk's Office.
He never filed this very important document. To make the pain worse, he denies ever meeting me. He stole my money, he caused me the severest of enotional and financial pain and stress.
It has been 8 years and this creep still refuses to fix the mess he created all on his own.
I had to later go to a judge, paying an Attorney over $7,000 to correct the mess he refused to acknowledge ever doing.
Having a Delayed Marriage Certificate issed to me.
DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMER! Because of his illegal actions and behaviour I was placed in the cruelest position you could ever imagine. I wasn't given the choice to hand in the Marriage Certificate to the County Clerk's Office myself. He said he was the only one permitted to do this.
He has ignored all my pleas after all this time.
I can't nor will I forgive this JERKOFF from all the pain and sorrow he brought into my life.
Who would have imagined that someone with his sworn duties and power could do such an thing to anyone?
I pray and hope anyone considering getting married not to use this creep.
