So Cal Lighting REVIEW: So Cal Lighting's management team makes huge changes in customer service, vastly improving satisfaction amongst consumers and continues its upward climb to become the best in the industry.
Let your fingers walk run right past this triad of aka businesses, Michael Hanna and brothers/disciples David, Joseph and Joshua; and whatever other minion thieves he has surrounding him. Believe everything you read in ripoffreport about this group, and even more. And save yourself some pain, anxiety, and financial loss. I placed a $1,200 order with Michael for landscape lighting. My credit card was immediately charged and after no package in 10 days, I called to follow-up. "Coincidentally," Michael said he was shipping that day. Ten days later, the shipment arrived. Instead of the seven $119 fixtures I'd been charged for, there were seven $24.95 fixtures. And one of the items ordered, charged for, and included on the shipping manifest was not included in the shipment at all. I called Michael the day the shipment arrived and he assured me that the proper fixtures and missing item would be shipped out the following day. Ten days later-no shipment. I emailed Michael and got a return email with lots of excuses about holidays and shipping staff absences and he assured me the corrected items would be shipped that day and tracking information would be emailed to me. I emailed back that unless I received the shipping manifest and tracking numbers by COB in California that day, I would be disputing the order with my credit card company. The next day, at end of day, I received UPS tracking numbers for a phantom package that he had created for the purpose of acquiring tracking numbers only, and had already created an intercept on the package before he sent me the tracking info. [UPS admitted that it was an unusual and suspect shipping process, but went on to say they had no ability to investigate the shipper.] I don't know if interstate UPS shipping is subject to Mail Fraud crimes under present law-I suspect it is when the USPS participates in the final delivery of the package, but in any event, Michael Hanna and his organization should be investigated for interstate commerce criminal activity.

We have over 40,000 customers and mistakes happen this customer had one item we shipped incorrectly. Thus William carter was just quick to start throwing accusations for one small simple mistake for gods sake would anyone spend 1500 dollars a day to rip anyone off. we shipped him three extra fixtures by mistake. so what we did was intercept the package and resend. he jumped the gun and thought even though 90% of his product was there for some reason we wanted to trick him .All WE DID WAS INTERCEPT A PACKAGE BECAUSE WE HAS TO REMOVE THREE EXTRA LIGHTS. WE THEN RESHIPPED AND SENT LABEL PREPAID TO PICK UP WRONG PRODUCT THATS IT. HE NOW HAS DOUBLE WHAT HE PAID FOR AND WE STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE PRODUCT HE HAS THAT HE DID NOT PAY FOR. SO HONESTLY IF ANYONE HAS GOTTEN RIPPED OFF ITS US. OUT OF 40,000 customers I would say 39,990 ARE VERY HAPPY AND TEN WE CANNOT PLEASE NO MATTER WHAT
