Mr Michael Hanna and his brothers Joseph, Joshua, and David, operate a somewhat questionable lighting sale operation. If a customer complains they immediately begin a campaign of verbal or written harassment. Then, if a customer purses remedial action they post privileged information, including credit card numbers, addresses, etc. They also did this to a Mr. Coleman, right here in rippoffreport.com, and now me, right here as well.
I would hope that the postings on here would be removed if they include information such as this, but evidently not. The Hanna consortium is evidently only out to make as much money as they can and to make life miserable for any who dare question their product or their communication patterns.
It is a sad thing, they could have done so much better. Buyer beware. Our attorney states any claims must be filed in the city they do business out of. It is hardly worth the effort. We are now researching the posting of information on the internet and whether there is any civil infraction involved, I hope so.
