S0 Sexy Lingerie operates under the Amazon platform. They sell lingerie items manufactured by Empire Intimates. So Sexy Lingerie cuts the tags out of these items and sells the items as their own. They list their items on Amazon with a Trademark as So sexy Lingere even though these items are not theirs. They are fraudulently listing and selling another companies items as their own. Empire Intimates states that this company does indeed cut their tags out and they DO NOT have a trademark on these items.
Big Sexy Lingerie does this so that they can obtain the buybox on Amazon and so that they have no competition. This is against Amazon policy and it is also illegal. They claim in their listings that the lingerie items are authentic So Sexy Lingerie Items which is a lie. These items are made by Empire Intimates and they are misleading the customer. This is a very bad business practice and Amazon needs to be aware of the fact that they are misleading customers and after the tags have been removed, the items are considered used.
