Our vehicle was sold and we cancelled in person with the "Manager" of the location that we frequented and they continued to deduct the monthly fee for 18 months, when we discovered this we went to the corporate office as instruced again by the "Manager" of the Escondido location with proof from DMV and our Insurance company that they had been removed from our name and that vehicle was sold and they still will do nothing to refund our money, this is alot of money to us and they only give attitude when I contacted them

PS they only want to communicate with me thru email, they refuse to get on the phone with me or refuse to come to the counter when I went to the corporate office

What Amazing lazyness, that you are complaining about the money they took out WHEN you discovered it....AFTER 18 MONTHS.

this is alot of money to us and they only give attitude when I contacted them
- If this was a lot of money how come you didn't bring it up to them when they took it out the first month, or the second, or the 3rd month? You can't go from ignoring it for 18 months to all of the sudden complaining that it is a lot of money. It apparently wasn't enough money for you to be concenred about it for that 18 months.

What this also proves is that you don't actually do proper account maintenance. As if you did you would be keeping written registers and reconcilling your account every month where you would have noticed it as it would have been a charge you don't have a record of.

Oh and don't bother posting back the 101 EXCUSES you are obviously going to give as to why you ignored reviewing your account for 18 months.

PS they only want to communicate with me thru email,
- And? There is nothing wrong with this. By doing this it doesn't turn into a "You said..They said" situation.  You now know exactly what they said.

Even FEDERAL regulations only allow you up to 60 days to dispute a charge.  You may be able to dispute the last couple of months.  Had you disputed this the first couple of months we would be right with you, but after this amount of time the responsibilty shifts 100% over to you.
