sobelsoft.com Paypal.com and sobelsoft.com befrauded me out of $19.99 Internet
I bought software from Sobelsoft.com, using paypal.com as payment mode.
The software wouldn't load - and paypal refused a refund.
So I decided to post this scam alert on ripoff report for both of them.
After careful consideration - Sobelsoft.com is a true ripoff company
and paypal protects them - THIS IS COLLUSION TO COMMIT FRAUD.
