Contracted Social Jitney over 2 years ago to program a mobile application for iPhone. Company pushed and pushed me to pay over 90% of the total contract (approximately $8500) even though i was not able to test the product on my end due to major bugs and crashes. Complaints would not get a response sometimes for 3-6 weeks and the response would be a quick apology and excuse about staffing, illness, etc. Project Manager didn't understand the difference between testing in the lab (in what they said was the Pakistan office) and testing in the real world.

After 2 years, my company still has never received a product that can be tested without crashing. There is no way that we could put this product into the market due to the low quality of work performed by Social Jitney. We are now asking for our money back as this 6 month project is well over 24 months and the market for our app has all but disappeared.

This is a very low quality high risk company to work with. The people are nice enough on the project level but the management team is no where to be found. It almost seems like they are selling off projects to small developers around the world and letting them handle each project 100%.
