Complaint Review: SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE AUSTIN TEXAS

I mailed my son's original birth certificate and passport in order to obtain a social secuirty card for him and THEY LOST IT. Of course they completely deny that it was ever received, but they received his application and birth certificate (which were all in the same envelope).

BEWARE of sending original documents to this social security office - someone may be stealing passports and other original documents.

I will now have to have his passport replaced and reported as stolen.
