July of last year (2017), I responded to an advertisement from a leading magazine for a franchise be opportunity with Social Xpand. Initially, I was told it was one price, then later when I talked to Brian Weiss, it was another price. Of course he gave me "great" reasons why I should go with the higher price. I agreed mainly because I was led to believe that very little experience in internet marketing or programming was needed and that of course all training would be provided. What a joke, first I was pressured into signing the contract immediately, as the "price" was a bargain for this type of software and that with one sale, I could cover my monthly payment.

The program was described by Brian as top of the line and nothing out there like it. Plus support was always available. None of this was true. The cost was cut in half days after I signed. Support is a phone call from Brian...no support from the computer for the customer...none of this was explained on the call. I notified Brian by email, 2 days later requesting to terminate the contract on grounds of misleading information. All I got was a bunch of excuses and lawyer threats. Stay far away from Social Xpand...IT IS A RIPOFF!!
