Complaint Review: socialber & Leo Sarkisyan

I did order web design for new site with video and sound affect theytold me $8000 USD and ask me to pay $4500 upfront

I did paid and they show me some fake web design that they got for $40 template monster, and they ask me to pay $8000 for it???

well I reply to them and from this time on they stop repond to my email or phone call

I did contact paypal that they charge me but they allready closed the paypal account and there is no way i can get my money from paypal

i lost $4500 for $40 template i can get myself.

make sure not to contact or hire soicalbear or Leo sarkisyan!!!!!

I lost my money but i hope other pepole will see this post and save their money.
