Socialcruise.ai Repeatedly charged for membership after cancellation. Boulder Colorado
I tried Socialcruise.ai 's service to boost my Instagram business. I noticed after a month with no grow, the service was actually doing nothing. They were charging, and providing absolutely no service. So i contacted them and cancelled. But 30 days later I was charged.
They then again and apologized and stated they would refund me. 30 days later , they charged me again, and when contacted, given the same response with a promise of a refund. This company is a scam, and will continue to commit wire fraud and charge your account.
They have no contact information or address you can find anywhere on the site, only a chatbox. Stay away from this company and find a more reputable firm.
